With the aim to contribute to the discussions on the ongoing review of National Climate and Energy Plans (NECPs), IWG5-CSA has published a report and fact sheet analysing the NECPs of Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden and Germany. The analysis written by EUREC concentrates on eight policy measures that - if implemented well at national level – can boost the large-scale introduction of innovative technologies in the building sector.

Key take aways are also summarized in the press release recenlty issued by the project consortium.

The European Commission’s own assessment of NECPs, including of measures to support Research, Innovation and Competitiveness, has been published on 18 December.
