Nebula passes the CSA baton to STAR*track

The Nebula project, launched in October 2022 and finished in March 2025, enjoyed its Final Event on 6 and 7 March, celebrating innovation in the built environment and welcoming six new B4PICs into the B4P Network.
Building on Nebula’s foundational work, STAR*track (running from May 2024 to April 2027) aims to further expand and strengthen the B4PIC Network initially nurtured and developed by Nebula via supportive tools, access to funding opportunities and training on sustainable and inclusive development.

To reach the overarching goal and quantified targets of the project, five concrete objectives for STAR*track have been defined:

  • Expand and strengthen the B4PIC Network.
  • Create enabling conditions for B4PICs to help them foster the development and implementation of sustainable construction and renovation innovation, including training and supportive tools.
  • Accelerate the development and demonstration of holistic and inclusive solutions with high market potential.
  • Facilitate access to funding for the demonstration and upscaling of solutions and advocate green procurement practices towards local/regional authorities.
  • Pave the way for the replication and widespread use of the supporting tools and services and promote the continuous expansion of the B4PIC Network.

Underpinning these key goals for STAR*track is the aim to foster cross-organisational connection and collaboration between interested parties of the B4PIC Network, which will be actively supported by the Metabuilding Platform.
